| The Council of Superior Court Clerks of Georgia was established by state law in 1990 to further the improvement of the superior courts and the administration of justice, to assist the superior court clerks in the execution of their duties, and to assist in the training of superior court clerks. The Council is the official representative of superior court clerks to other state agencies in Georgia and is responsible for administering grants and other projects as assigned by its members and the Georgia General Assembly. |

Disaster Recovery The Council is conducting a project to assist Clerks in developing Disaster Recovery plans.
Clerks' Reference Manual The December 2008 edition of the Clerks' Reference Manual is now available in electronic format to all Superior Court Clerks and their staff.
